We explore complex techniques, sequences, and live sparring (rolling).

Wrestling

Focus on the stand-up game. Learn effective takedowns, defense, and control from the feet. This class integrates wrestling techniques specifically for Jiu-Jitsu, helping you dictate where the match takes place.

Kids Jiu-Jitsu

For children ages 5-14. We focus on the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense, and positional control.

Reverse Classroom

A student-led learning environment. Review instructional content beforehand, then spend class time troubleshooting and refining techniques with instructor and community guidance.

Open Mat

Unstructured training time. Play specific games, spar with partners, or just hang out. Open to all academies and affiliations.
