Kids Jiu-Jitsu
For children ages 5-14. We focus on the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense, and positional control.
Reverse Classroom
A student-led learning environment. Review instructional content beforehand, then spend class time troubleshooting and refining techniques with instructor and community guidance.
Open Mat
Unstructured training time. Play specific games, spar with partners, or just hang out. Open to all academies and affiliations.
Yoga
A balanced approach to movement and recovery. Strengthen your body, improve your flexibility, and find mental clarity with Yoga. This class is designed to complement your Jiu-Jitsu practice and support overall well-being.
